- Graceful Follow-ups: At the end of the evening, privately select those you’d like to see again. If the interest is mutual, we’ll facilitate your introduction the very next morning.

The Official Event Playbook

1. Preparation & Check-In
- Polish Your Profile: Our SmartSync Technology uses your interests and “deal-breakers” to create high-quality matches. A complete, authentic profile significantly boosts your chances of a meaningful connection.
- Early Arrival: Please log in 10–15 minutes early. We’ll host a brief video orientation to walk you through the platform features and the matching process.
- Attendance Policy: The system requires even pairs. Late arrivals may have to wait until the next round to be slotted in. If there is an odd number of attendees, the system will rotate a “rest” period to ensure everyone gets equal time to mingle.
2. The Connection Rounds
- Seamless Transitions: Each round lasts 15 minutes. These are automated—no manual searching required!
- The 60-Second “Decision Window”: When a round ends, you have one minute to:
- Select a Connection Type: (Casual Fun, Dating, Friendship, or Networking). This is mandatory for the system to process your matches.
- Get Ready: The system will then automatically move you to your next breakout room.

- The Golden Rule: For your safety, do not exchange personal contact information (phones, emails, or social media) during the live session.
- Privacy First: All follow-up communication is managed through our secure platform once mutual matches are confirmed.
5. Closing the Night
- Final Review: Before you log off, double-check your list to ensure you’ve selected a connection type for everyone you liked.
- The Reveal: Match results will be sent to your inbox approximately 30 minutes after the event ends.
