Inspired by the property’s deep history—mapped in 1742 by British Officer Elias Durnford as a designated garden plot—we have returned the land to its roots. Today, we blend a lush, expansive outdoor city garden with the rustic charm of our historic Grainhouse to create Pensacola’s most unique drinking experience.

Garden | The Outdoor Bar

Step into our open-air oasis. Surrounded by greenery and bathed in the glow of festoon lights, our outdoor bar specializes in meticulously curated, handcrafted cocktails. It is dog-friendly, laid-back, and perfect for those long Florida evenings.

Grain | The Grainhouse

Steeped in history, the “Grain” in our name refers to our indoor space—a former horse stable and feed & seed warehouse from the early 1900s. Today, it stands as a sleek, rustic-industrial event space that bridges the gap between Pensacola’s past and its vibrant future.

Our mixologists treat every drink as a work of art, utilizing fresh botanicals, house-made syrups, and premium spirits.
